How the program works
Effective October 2026. Review these rules before applying; your application is subject to approval. These terms describe the initial Social Studio affiliate pilot.
Who can join
Applications are reviewed by Social Studio. Approval is required before a referral link is issued. Participation is free and does not require a paid Social Studio subscription.
What earns a commission
A new customer must arrive through an approved referral link and start their first paid Social Studio subscription. Existing free users can qualify if they have never held a paid subscription. The visit lasts 60 days and is assigned to the account when they sign in. The first qualifying referral attached to an account stays with that account.
Commission amount
The pilot rate is 25% of eligible subscription payments successfully collected in the first 12 months after that customer's first qualifying paid invoice. We calculate it after discounts, excluding taxes, extra seats, add-ons, prorations, refunded payments, and disputed or fraudulent transactions. There is no commission on free signups alone.
Review and payout
An earned commission remains pending for at least 45 days. Social Studio reviews it before approval. Approved commissions are paid on a monthly cycle through a payout method agreed with the partner; the dashboard records the payment reference. We may pause a payout to resolve a refund, dispute, identity, or eligibility issue. The Partner Hub distinguishes pending, approved, paid, and reversed amounts.
Fair promotion
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending Social Studio. Use your issued link, describe the product accurately, and respect platform and email rules. Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, spam, automated clicks, cookie stuffing, misleading claims, and paid ads bidding on Social Studio brand terms are prohibited.
Changes and questions
We may update the pilot for future referrals and notify active partners of material changes. Earned, approved commissions remain subject to the rules in effect when earned and to payment eligibility. Contact Social Studio support with a referral or payout question.
